These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of hampshireintl.com and any website, landing page, or advertisement owned or operated by Hampshire Holdings Intl LLC, doing business as Hampshire International (“Hampshire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.

2. What we do

Hampshire is a performance marketing and lead generation company. We operate websites and advertisements that let consumers request information about products and services, including insurance products, and we connect those consumers with third-party providers, including the marketing partners listed on our partners page. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer, and nothing on the Services constitutes insurance, financial, legal, or professional advice. Any quote, coverage decision, or product is provided solely by the third party you are connected with, and your dealings with that third party are between you and them.

3. Consent to be contacted

Where you submit a form on one of our websites and affirmatively consent to be contacted, you authorize Hampshire and/or its marketing partners to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages (SMS/MMS). Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may revoke your consent at any time as described on our Marketing Partners page, including by replying STOP to text messages or by emailing support@hampshireintl.com.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree that any information you submit through the Services is true, accurate, and about yourself. You may not submit information about another person without their authorization.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by scraping, crawling, or automated data collection; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or (e) use the Services to harvest information about others.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and all content on them, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Hampshire and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to or connect you with third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMPSHIRE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hampshire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
