This Privacy Policy describes how Hampshire Holdings Intl LLC, doing business as Hampshire International (“Hampshire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit hampshireintl.com or any website, landing page, or advertisement we own or operate (collectively, the “Services”), and the rights and choices available to you.

The short version: we are a performance marketing and lead generation company. If you submit your information through one of our websites, we may sell or share it with the marketing partners listed on our partners page so they can contact you about the products or services you expressed interest in. 1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and IP address.
Information you submit in forms: the responses you provide when requesting information about a product or service, such as your state of residence, age or date of birth, and details about the type of product you are interested in (for example, the type of insurance coverage you are looking for).
Consent records: the date, time, and content of the consent you provide to be contacted, including the associated web page and technical metadata (such as IP address and user agent), which we retain as proof of consent.
Internet and device activity: browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions with our pages and advertisements, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Inferences: such as an assessment of your likely interest in a product category based on the information above.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, or precise geolocation through the Services.

2. Sources of information

Directly from you, when you complete a form or contact us.
Automatically, from your device and browser when you use the Services.
From advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) that deliver our advertisements.
From service providers that validate or append information, such as phone or address verification services.

3. How we use personal information

To connect you with the products, services, or professionals you expressed interest in.
To operate, measure, and improve our marketing campaigns and web properties.
To validate leads, prevent fraud, and maintain records of consent.
To respond to your inquiries and requests.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How we disclose personal information

Marketing partners. If you submit your information and provide consent to be contacted, we may sell or share your personal information with the partners identified on our Marketing Partners page, including licensed insurance agents, agencies, and independent marketing organizations, so they can contact you about the products or services you requested. This disclosure may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, lead validation, email delivery, and consent verification, under contracts that restrict their use of the information.
Advertising platforms. We may share hashed or event-level data with advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) for campaign measurement and optimization.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hampshire, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a “Right to Limit” under the CPRA.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and our advertising and analytics providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, measure campaign performance, and attribute conversions. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through your settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected from your browser.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

Know / access the personal information we have collected about you.
Delete personal information we have collected from you.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising.
Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@hampshireintl.com with the nature of your request and the name, email address, and phone number you submitted. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against the information in our records, and we may ask for additional information where necessary to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent's authorization and may still verify your identity directly. We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice).

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, and may appeal a refusal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal” in the subject line.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining records of consent for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact privacy@hampshireintl.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
