Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your right to opt out, and exactly how to exercise it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information and the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Hampshire Holdings Intl LLC (“Hampshire International”) is a lead generation and performance marketing company. When you submit your information through one of our websites, we may disclose it to the marketing partners listed on our partners page so they can contact you about the products or services you requested. Under the CCPA/CPRA, some of these disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information.

How to opt out

Email privacy@hampshireintl.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you submitted
  • The phone number you submitted

We use this information only to locate your records and process your request. Once processed, we will no longer sell or share your personal information, and we will instruct our service providers accordingly. We process opt-out requests within 15 business days.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected from your browser during that visit.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for reasonable proof that you authorized them to act for you.

Other rights

Opting out of sale or sharing does not delete information already in our records, and it does not stop contact from partners who already received your information with your consent.
